New to CrossFit? Join our OnBoard program. Four classes taught one-on-one or in small groups for members who are new to CrossFit.

The OnBoarding program is a great introduction to CrossFit and our gym. We want you to be comfortable with the movements, class structure, gym layout, etc before you attend one of our regular schedule classes.

OnBoard classes are scheduled on an "as needed" basis so reach out and one of our coaches will contact you to schedule your first class.







Walk through the doors of CrossFit Valley Center and you might wonder, “Where are all the machines?”  Absent are the rows of ellipticals, treadmills, and weight machines found in more traditional gyms.  Instead the walls are lined with pull-up bars, stacks of weights, barbells, medicine balls, ropes, tires, and dumbbells.  The floor space is kept open and clear for use during classes. In this gym our athletes are the machines. CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements.  These are movements we do in everyday life such as squatting, lifting weight, throwing, pulling, pushing and running.

Our passion for improving members’ health and fitness extends beyond the daily workouts.  CrossFit is a lifestyle not just a fitness program.  A healthy lifestyle, including good nutrition, is key to fitness.  You cannot out exercise a poor diet.  During orientation new members are introduced to simple nutrition guidelines and ongoing support is provided by our knowledgeable coaches.


















InBody at CrossFit Valley Center

We are very excited to now offer body composition testing at CrossFit Valley Center.

What is InBody?

InBody measures your body composition and displays it on an organized, easy-to-understand Result Sheet, which gives you a detailed analysis of where your fat and muscle are, where your body water levels are at, and is a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.
