This is our nutrition manifesto.  Our public statement outlining what we believe (support by science and some really awesome people) will help you live the best life.

Make better choices.  We want you to engage with your food.  We want you to learn what REAL FOOD is and how it can help you reach your goals.

HOW MUCH TO EAT

 

One of the tools we use in our nutrition coaching programs is macro counting. At the most basic level macro counting is the amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats you consume daily. We use macro counting to ensure you are receiving the right balance of protein, carbs, and fats to support your goals.

Think of grams of macros as gallons of fuel. You wouldn’t put an unknown amount of gas in the tank of your car and go on a long trip, right?  Same with your body. Macros are fuel for your daily activities and you want the right amount of fuel in the tank.

What are your macros? This is where Be Greater Nutrition comes in. Our coaches will work with you one-on-one to develop a nutrition program specifically designed to your goals.

Accountability. When we say custom….we mean custom. Our coaches use your information to design a program tailored to your exact needs. Each week when you check-in your feedback will be used to adjust your program to keep you progressing.
